Forestry Management and Procedures

At Quito Legal we advise and manage all types of procedures for obtaining forestry permits during the whole process.

Our area of action includes, among others, the following:

• Advice on the approval of forest plantation felling programmes with the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock.
• Map in digital vector format (UTM Datum WGS-84_17S) with attribute table, of the property to be harvested, and the sampling plots, if applicable.
• Volumetric register of timber to be cut.
• Photographic file showing the species of the forest plantation.
• Procedure for obtaining movement guides for the movement of timber forest products within the country.
